Work Days

 

 

 

To put on a quality show looks easy, but our hard working volunteers labor force works year round to get ready for our big event every year.  Whether it's the railroad crew replacing worn out portions of track, or working on the buildings, or preparing food in the kitchen there is always an endless list of things to be done.  New volunteers are always welcome for all of our different groups, if you feel like getting involved just ask anyone you see our working during the show, or just come out on our work days and join in. 

 

Regular Work Schedule 

 

Saturdays:  Railroad crew is out almost year round, meet down by the locomotive between 8 and 8:30am.  Work usually goes till around noon.

 

Sundays:  The regular day for all, work usually begins around 9:00am, and there are always plenty of hands needed, and again the work is virtually year round.
